2-3 packages Shredded Hash Browns (2 lb 8oz)
or 5lb potatoes cooked and shreddedq and grated
2 10 3/4 oz cans Cream of chicken Soup
1 10 3/4 oz can Cream of Mushroom
2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter, melted

TOPPING INGREDIENTS
2 cups corn flakes coarsely crushed
2 tablespoons butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In large bowl combine all hash brown ingredients; mix well. Spread into prepared baking dish.

In a small bowl stir together topping ingredients. Spread topping evenly over hash browns.

Bake 60+ minutes or until hash browns are tender.
