10 pound beef brisket
1/3 cup Honey

Rub:
11 oz Genhardt’s light chili powder
5 tablespoons dark chili powder
1-tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
5 Tablespoons black pepper
1 ½ Tablespoon cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Rub down brisket and leave it at room temperature for at least 2 hours.

Smoke the brisket at 275º to 300º for 5 to 6 hours.

Wrap it in foil with the honey. Cook an additional 4 to 5 hours or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 200º.

Let rest for 1 hour, slice and eat.
