Carcass from Chicken roaster
3-4 cups water
3 - 4 bouillon cubes
onion, chopped
pepper
2 stalks celery
2 large carrots, scraped and cut in half
noodles (egg noodles or Farfalle)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken carcass in large pot and just cover with water. Add onion, bouillon cubes, celery stalks and carrots. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 40 minutes.
Using a colander, drain chicken stock into another large pot. Pick off the chicken and add to stock. Cut up carrots and celery and add to stock. Add onions if desired. Taste the stock and add desired amount of pepper.

In a separate pot, cook the noodles. When done, add to stock.
