3 c Warm water
8 T sugar
6 T oil
1 tsp salt
4 tsp instant fast rise yeast
2 eggs
7-8 c of flour

takes 2hrs 15 min.
in mixer add warm water, sugar, oil and eggs. Mix well.
Mix yeast with 4 cups of flour and pour into and mix with the wet ingredients.
add your salt and the rest of the flour slowly and work the dough with your dough hook in the mixer until it is soft but not sticky. ( you may not need all 4 cupd of flour) Do not kneed doe,
let it rise 15 min in a warm steady place and punch it down. Let rise 15 more min and then form into buns on your greased pan. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Bake in the oven 350 degrees 15-18 min.

This recipe is good for making quick cinnamon buns as well. instead of making the buns on the pan roll out the dough ans add your butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
