1/2 lb. sweet butter
1/2 lb. sugar
3 eggs
pinch of salt
vanilla
rind of lemon
1 ib. sifted flour
Bricelet press machine

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter. Add eggs and sugar alternately. Add salt and rind of lemon. May use vanilla instead of rind of lemon. Beat well. Mix in flour. Let it rest for an hour. Form balls about the size of a walnut. Chill again. Using the Bricelet machine, place 4 balls and press. Check at 20 to 30 seconds. Using wooden spatula remove from press and put on wax paper to cool.
