3 egg whites
1/2 lb. flour
1/2 lb. sugar
1/2 pint heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 - 5 packages semi-sweet chocolate baking bars

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs stiff. Set aside. Combine flour and sugar. Add cream to flour and sugar mixture and beat on medium speed to smooth. Fold in egg whites. Mix well. Add vanilla.
Drop cookie mixture using a baby spoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 425º oven for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from oven and using spatula, place cookies on wax paper to cool.

When all cookies are baked, pair 2 wafers that are similar in size.
Melt chocolate in skillet. Using a butter knife, fill the set of wafers with chocolate and let cool on wax paper until chocolate hardens.
