1 pkg Jimmy Dean sausage
1 cup brown rice
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 thinly sliced carrots
salt and pepper to taste
1 diced medium onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
brown sausage, add onion and carrots saute til tender
while browning meat cook rice in chicken broth
When rice is done, add meat mixture (drained) and mushroom soup mixed with sour cream.
Put in casserole bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
