Cinnamon Tortilla Chips:
10 to 20 soft tortillas or tacos
Pam cooking spray with butter
cinnamon sugar mixture (1/2 cup sugar & 2 Tbsp. cinnamon)

Dip:
2-3 apples
1-2 pears
3 kiwis
16 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Spray tortillas with buttered Pam. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Using a pizza cutter, divide each tortilla into 8 pieces. Place the cut tortillas on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 - 10 minutes.

Peel the apples, pears and kiwis. Chop each of the fruits into tiny pieces and put into a large bowl. Chop the strawberries and add to mixture. Add blackberry preserves if desired.

The recipe can be made a day before. Store tortillas in air tight container.

You can now find Cinnamon pita chips (Stacy's) already made. It saves quite a bit of time not having to make the tortilla chips with cinnamon sugar.
