1 large egg (Beaten)
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour (sifted)
3/4 tea salt
3 tea baking power
1 cup milk
1 cup nuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 deg.
Beat egg until light, add sugar and beat briefly. add flour, salt, baking power mix and add milk. mix tougher and beat 2 min. Fold in nuts.

Put into greased loaf pan or 3 small loaf pans.

Bake for 40 to 50 min.or until toothpick comes out clean.
