2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp olive oil
12 chicken legs or thighs bone in, skin on
1 yellow onion diced
1/2 cup whisky
4 cups BBQ sauce
2 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 cup peach preserves
4 peaches,pitted,sliced in8 slices

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and oil, brown chicken, remove chix saute onion about 3 min.add whisky, BBQ sauce,worchestersire sauce and peach preserve with 1/2 c. water.mix well and add peach slices. Simmer and add chicken.

Pour into pan and bake in a 300 oven for about 1 1/2 hrs. Serve over mashed potaotes.
