■ One (12 ounce) package of bulk pork sausage
■ 1/3 cup onion, chopped
■ 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
■ 1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
■ 10 eggs
■ 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
■ One (12 ounce) can Pillsbury Big Country Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet, brown sausage, onion and bell peppers. Drain well and cool. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in cheese and sausage mixture. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Press biscuits into bottom of 9 x 13 inch (three quart) baking dish. Pour sausage/egg mixture over biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until egg mixture is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Cut into serving size squares. Keeps well in refrigerator. This recipe also travels well for people on the go.
