4 c. green cabbage, thinly sliced (~1/2 head)
1 red bell pepper
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded & minced

Dressing:
3 T olive oil
2 T fresh lime juice (or more)
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic salt (or more)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, bell pepper, cilantro, and jalapeno. In a pint sized jar, shake together the salad dressing ingredients. Pour on salad mixture and season to taste with salt/pepper and garlic salt.

Can be made 2 hours ahead of serving. Cover and refrigerate. Toss before serving.
