3-4 lb Pork Roast (braised)
2 Onions, chopped
6+ Cloves Garlic, minced
2T Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 T Salt
1 pkg Frozen Posole, thawed
1 can Green Chili

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients (except posole and green chili) in a large pot with water. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add posole and green chili. Cover and simmer for 3-4 hours. Cut and shred meat and add it back to the pot. Taste and adjust seasonings.
