1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 egg yolks - (save white)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Walnuts or Pecans finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with the exception of the egg whites & nuts. Roll the dough into little balls then roll into the egg white mixture and then the finely chopped nuts. Bake 350º for 5 minutes, take out & put thumbprint in top, bake another 5 minutes until done.
Frost with Buttercream frosting or your special frosting then top with M&M.
Cookies freeze well before frosting. Great for Weddings or special occasions.
