Ingredients:  
Combine 1 pint sour cream and 1 package pistachio pudding mix together....USE INSTANT PUDDING MIX.....
Add 1 1/3 cup coconut
1 1/4 cup crushed pineapple

Freeze for at least 3 hours😛

Serve on plate of salad greens!

Suggest taking out of freezer a few minutes before serving to cut in wedges for each serving.
