1-1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. water
Chicken breast strips
1/4 c. Ranch Salad Dressing for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg whites and water. Mix dry ingredients in a ziplock bag. Dip chicken strips in egg/water, then toss in dry ingredients to coat well. Bake on a greased baking stone or dish for about 14 minutes. Dip in Ranch dressing.
Can cut in bite size pieces as a great hors d'oeurve. Adjust baking time because they won't take as long.
Dip chicken strips in egg, the roll in dry mixture and coat well.
Bake on greased baking stone or baking dish for 14 minutes or until tender.
