Ingredients:
2 lb. ground chuck
8 slices bacon (I put in Oscar to grind up)
2 medium onions, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
I put the bacon in the Oscar to grind up like ground meat. Add the bacon to the ground meat and onion, brown together. I don't want all that grease in there so I put the browned mixture in a strainer and drain as much of the grease off as I can.
Add flour and soup. Cook 20 minutes, then add the sour cream. Simmer in crock pot.
