12 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 c. diced Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1 small onion diced
1 small red pepper
1 ts.salt
1/2 ts. pepper
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 325º. Put eggs in the large bowl of the mixer and whip until fluffy. Add the milk. Add the sour cream and whip until smooth. Add the salt and pepper. Mix in the cheeses. Pour into an 11x13" buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle in the onion and pepper. Bake approximately 40 min. until it is firm in the center and slightly puffy.
Serve immediately.

You can use any vegetable. If you use bacon or chourice, you need to cook and chop it first than add when you add the vegetables.
