12 eggs
3 cups sugar
8 teaspoons baking powder
7 cups flour
4 tablespoons anise extract
1 tablespoon vanilla
4 sticks (2 cups) melted cooled margarine

Directions:
Beat eggs and add sugar gradually. Add flavors and beat in cooled melted margarine on medium speed. Add baking powder and flour gradually. Mix all ingredients well. Drop batter by teaspoon full onto center of cookie shape on hot pizzelle iron (cookies will release from iron better if iron pre sprayed with Pam).Press iron together to form a thin cookie. Cook aproximately 1 minute (depending on iron temperature) cookies should be a light brown in color.Remove with fork and cool on waxed paper.Store in open deep container lined with waxed paper-- do not cover in closed container.
