2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground sweet Italian sausage
1/2 sleeve finely crushed saltines
2 large eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1.2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

Sauce:
1-1/2 cups ketchup
1 tsp. yellow mustard
3/4 cup dark brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with both hands.
Put into a baking dish lined with foil for easier cleanup.

Bake 350º for 1 hour. Prepare sauce while meat loaf is cooking

pour grease off loaf. Spread sauce over meat generously. Place back in oven for 15 minutes to bake.

Let cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting.

If you have extra sauce, cook in a pan on stove for 5 minutes and serve with meat for extra goodness.
