2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, diced
12 grape tomatoes
2 avocadoes, halved, pitted and diced
4 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup of fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients into small food processor and whirl until all are blended well. It will resemble a sauce.

This is a very spicy sauce that is excellent with Pulled Pork Carne Asada. Warn your guests. It looks like guacamole but it has a real kick!
