1/2 cup frozen butter (one stick)
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup chilled buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475º. Grate frozen butter using the grater in a food processor. Combine flour and baking powder in a bowl. Toss together with butter. Chill 10 minutes. Add buttermilk and stir 15 times. Dough will be sticky. Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Lightly sprinkle flour over top of dough. Fold dough into thirds and gently flatten. Repeat two more times. Cut biscuits and place on parchment paper over a baking stone. Brush with cream. Bake for 10 - 14 minutes until lightly browned. Brush with butter and serve.
