West Point Departure Song
July 16, 2016

When my father was President of the Army/Navy Club in Miami I had the honor of sitting at the table with many West Point Graduates who were our neighbors. Before leaving this group sang a "departure" song, which apparently was dear to their hearts, as they all stood up at attention. I wished I had asked the name of the song, however, all my USMA friends are gone, and I am certain that the USMA Glee Club would have this old song.

The only thing I liked about VES was the Alma Mada which was the same tune, as West Point By Thee!

If you can find this in Disk form I would appreciate this very much!

Love, "Pop"
