8 Slices of bacon, fried crispy, save drippings.
1 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Apple Cider vinegar
1 t dry mustard
1 1/2 t salt
3 t garlic powder
1 t pepper
1 onion sliced
1 Can dry lima beans, drained
2 Can Kidney beans, drained
2 Cans Pork and beans

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and fry bacon. Save bacon for toppings and save the drippings.
Add the onions to the drippings and simmer for 15 minutes. Mix the brown sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Add to the onions and simmer for 5 minutes.
In 9 X 13 pan, add the cans of beans. Mix in the onion mixture and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Top with bacon crumbs.

Note: Instead of the second can of kidney beans, Barbara adds a drained can of green beans and calls if 4 Bean Casserole.
