1 pack frozen turbot, flounder, or grouper; thawed (Fresh grouper is the very best)
1 tablespoon melted margarine or butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise (Hellman's)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh, frozen or freeze dried chives

Place fish in lightly greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over fish. Bake at 350° about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
