Leftover Roast Beef
8 Potatoes, diced
1/2 Onion, diced
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Take leftover beef, cut into squares, reserve
Take diced potatoes and onions and place in pot
Add enough water to cover potatoes
Simmer until potatoes are almost done
Add your beef and simmer until done.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
