Braised Pork Roast Recipe

4 lb. Pork Roast (shoulder roast)
2 tbsp. Salt (kosher)
2 tsp. Pepper, fresh ground
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
4 cloves, Garlic, minced
5 Fresh Sage Leaves
3 1/2 c Whole Milk
1 tsp. Graded Lemon Peel

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse pork roast and pat dry. Mix flour, salt and pepper, sprinkle over pork.
Pour oil into frying pan, brown roast for 15 minutes
Put into slow cooker along with drippings
Let pan cool, add garlic and sage, stir for 1 minutes. Add to pork roast in cooker along with milk and lemon peel.
Cover and cook on high for 7 hours
Transfer to board and slice. Serve with juice.
