3 lb. pork shoulder
2 cans Dr. Pepper
1 onion quartered then half again
3 cloves of garlic minced
dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
sa.t & pepper to taste
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
3 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 8 hrs. on low in you crock pot. Shred pork- cook additional hour on low. drain and toss with your favorite BBQ sauce (or not) Its great either way.
