1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
OR
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2" strips
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c.(or less) butter or margarine - adjust to your taste

1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the shrimp (or chicken) and garlic until shrimp turns pink (or chicken is no longer pink). Remove and keep warm. In the same skillet, combine the cream cheese (chop up cream cheese so it melts easier), milk and Parmesan cheese; cook until cheeses are melted and smooth.

Place broccoli in a saucepan with 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until tender. Drain. Stir broccoli, shrimp/chicken, salt, and pepper into cheese sauce; heat through. Drain fettuccine; top with shrimp/chicken mixture.
