1 cooked chicken pulled apart and set aside
6-8 cups chicken broth
2 cups flour
2 tbs butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
salt and pepper
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Cut butter with fork and roll out in dry ingredients. Add milk and mix with fork until dough forms. Roll flour with rolling pin. Cut into 2x2 squares then take spatula put them on floured plate set aside . Meanwhile, in a stew pot boil chicken broth, peas, carrots, and celery. Add the chicken. Drop dumpling squares in boiling broth cooking about 15- 20 min approx .
