1/2 c butter
1/2 c flour
1 t salt
1/2 t paprika
1/4 t pepper
6-8 chicken parts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Place butter in 13 x 9 inch baking pan; melt in oven. Combine flour and all the seasoning in a paper bag. Add chicken parts, one at a time, and shake bag to coat them evenly. Dip both sides of chicken in melted butter in pan. Place chicken parts in a single layer, skin side down in pan. Bake 30 minutes. Turn chicken skin side up; bake until tender, about 25 minutes.
