1 small shallot thinly sliced
1/4 butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup 18% cream
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
1/4 cup minced parsley
1/4 cup minced chives
fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In pot of boiling water, cook fettuccine until al dente
While pasta is cooking, melt butter in sauce pan and add garlic and shallot and sauté till aromatic. Add the cream and bring to a simmer.Add cheese and nutmeg.
Combine pasta into sauce and add chives and parsley season with fresh ground pepper and serve.
