2 lbs. sauerkraut
1/4 lb. bacon diced in small pieces
1 glass white wine
1 or 2 onions
2 carrots, chopped
Bratwurst for 4-6 people

Directions:
Directions:
Place bacon bits in pot and brown slightly. Add onions an carrots and blanch. Add sauerkraut and wine and let simmer for 15 minutes, serve with boiled potatoes.
