2-3 pound pork loin--not tied
2 medium tart apples, peeled, cored,sliced
1 cup diced onion
1/3 cup apple jelly
1/4 cup dried cranberries (but why not use real?)
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dried mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients except pork loin and place in a roasting pan. (place on and around pork loin. Bake for 1 hour or until pork is done.
