Ingredients:
1 can of Tuna (3 1/2 once or of your lucky enough to get it fresh at the market about 1/2 pound) - 2 tablespoon cream cheese (I like to use a Quarian cheese of course it's been triple filtered, but for you who are earth bound good ole fashion cream cheese is fine.) - 2 tablespoon fresh parsley (or use can use dried use 3 tbs instead) - 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 2 dashes of hot pepper sauce( I like to use the dragon sauce) - 1 of marjoram - 2 tablespoon of drained capers(I like to use the salted capers)

Directions:
Directions:
OK if your using the fresh fish use a blender to mince it up, when minced mix everything else in you blender. if using canned stuff get a large bowl mix everything together with a wire whip until smooth. then move to a smaller serving bowl then add capers, mix well. use this instead of tuna salad on your sandwiches, but you can use it as a cracker dip.you can use this with cherry tomatoes as the stuffing for stuffed cherry tomatoes.

Personal Notes:
when I was in my maiden year I was in a mercenary band on Illium, knew this Matron who used to make this all the time, sometime when pay was short this dish would keep us from starvation, because Thunnus was cheap to get. some years latter I heard that Matron had a pure breed daughter like my own.
