Directions:
After you trim the Artichokes ( I normally turn them upside down and push them on counter top to open the leaves ) then rinse them well with cold water and let them sit upside down to drain all water.

Pre-Heat Oven to 375 Degrees

While the Artichokes are draining in a bowl add the Grated Cheese, Bread Crumbs, Salt and Pepper to Taste and the garlic all together ( you can use more or less of everything depending on your taste )

Now place the Artichokes right side up in a Deep Baking Pan, take the olive oil and evenly sprinkle it into each Artichoke , then pour the cheese and breadcrumb mixture into all the leaves and center pack it well, then sprinkle more olive oil over the tops and sprinkle melted butter over them, Add Grated Cheese to top.

Now pour the Broth of your choice into the pan enough to reach halfway up the Artichokes, and Bake for 40 minutes or until Artichokes are tender

This is a family favorite! ( I also will add at then end some grated cheese garlic and breadcrumbs to the liquid great for dripping Italian Bread in the juice. )
