2 C. cooked turkey, diced
2 C diced celery
1/2 C slivered almonds
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1 C mayonnaise
1 Tbsp grated onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C grated cheddar cheese
3/4 C crushed plain potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Mix salt, onions, lemon juice, soup, and mayonnaise. Add celery and chicken. Spread in greased 9 x 9 casserole dish (9 x 13 if you double recipe) and cover with cheese then potato chips. Bake 15-20 minutes.

Note: Can be made with leftover cooked chicken as well. Traditionally, this is our family's "Day after Thanksgiving" dinner.
Recipe serves 4-6. May easily be doubled.
