1 lb. medium or sharp cheddar cheese
3 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 can (4.25 oz.) chopped olives
Chopped Ortega Brand Chiles (3 1/2 - 4 oz).
1/2 cup salad oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 dozen French rolls or large rolls sliced 1/4 inch thick
Shred cheese in large bowl and add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Spread mixture on slices of rolls. Bake in oven 3 - 5 minutes at 425. degrees or until cheese bubbles.

HARD BOILED EGGS: Put eggs in pan of cold water, bring to boil. Boil for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and drain. Run cold water over boiled eggs if you want to peel off shell soon.
