Meat Loaf (your favorite)
1 1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c tomato sauce
1/2 c Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Pat your favorite meat loaf mix to 14 x 10 in on foil. Sprinkle 1 1/2 c shredded cheese to 1 in of edge. Roll from shorter side; seal ends. Transfer to pan, seam side down; bake 45 min. Pour tomato sauce over meat; bake 15 min. Sprinkle top with 1/2 c additional cheese; let stand ten minutes.
