2 small pkgs. instant lemon pudding
1 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 carton (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 Sara Lee frozen pound cake, sliced
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
Sliced fresh lemons
Strawberries, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare lemon pudding using c. milk for each package. Beat together pudding, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Set aside.
Make a simple lemon sauce by simmering water, sugar and sliced lemons together until sugar is melted.
Put a layer of cake in a trifle bowl. Carefully spoon lemon sauce on each cake slice. Layer pudding and strawberries. Then continue layering with cake, (remembering to spoon lemon sauce on each slice), pudding and strawberries. Decorate the top with strawberries, etc.
