1 (16 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts
1 (9.75 oz.) can salted cashews
2 cups pecan pieces
18 (2 oz.) chocolate bark coating squares (cut in half)
1 (12 oz.) package semi sweet chocolate morsels
4 (1 oz.) bitter sweet chocolate baking squares (broken in pieces)
1 T. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

Combine all chocolate & shortening in 5 qt. slow cooker. Cook on low 2 hours or until chocolate is melted. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Drop candy by heaping tea spoonfuls onto was paper. Let stand at least 2 hours or until firm. Store in an airtight container.
