3 cups uncooked macaroni
1 1/2 lbs. 5W Farms ground beef
1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta. Meanwhile, brown beef in large skillet, and drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce; set aside. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add soup and sour cream; beat until blended. Drain pasta.
Spoon half of beef mixture into 13x9 baking dish. Top with pasta, soup mixture and remaining beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
