1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sour milk (add 1 tsp. lemon juice to sweet milk to make sour)
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs beaten
3 overripe bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Remember: Overripe bananas and lemon juice make the best banana loaf
Mix in order given.
Soda should be added to sour milk.
Beat eggs.
Mix dry ingredients, then add sour milk, eggs, then the mashed bananas.
Place in loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
