1 30oz bag frozen diced hash browns
1 32oz carton chicken broth
1 10oz can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz package cream cheese (not fat free)
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
onion, chopped and cooked with bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cream cheese in crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours. 1 hour before soup is done, cube cream cheese and add to soup. Once cream cheese is melted, soup is ready to serve. Can be topped with additional cheese and bacon.
