2 teaspoons Olive oils
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can red kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 cup prepared barbecue sauce (Sonny's sweet is what I use)
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder

Directions:

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Spray a 2 1/2 quart baking dish with nonstick spray.
Heat oil in nonstick skillet and add onions and green pepper. Cook 6 minutes until tender stirring frequently. Transfer to large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Spoon the bean mixture into baking dish. Baked covered 45 minutes, and uncover until thickened slightly and bubbly, about 15 minutes longer.

A pleasant change for the taste buds from the traditional recipe. Sure to get a lot of "yums" at gatherings. The mix of beans creates a pretty presentation as well.
