1/2 ground round (cooked, I used ground turkey but you can use others)
1 onion chopped
1 can ranch style beans
1 can light kidney beans
1 can rotel
1 can shoepeg corn (if you can't find it, use regular)
1 can crushed (or diced tomatoes)
1 package dry hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 package taco seasoning
3 to 4 cups water

Put everything in a soup pot, heat to boil 30 minutes, cook until thick
You can add all kinds of veggies which I also changed out several kinds

serve with cheese and scoops baked
