1 pie crust, 9 inch
1 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup light brown sugar
4 tablespoons unsalted melted butter
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons bourbon
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups pecan halves

set oven rack at lowest and preheat oven to 350, place pie plate on a foil lined baking sheet after mixing all ingredients together
bake until center is set for 50-55 minutes

let cool room temperature before serving
