1 can of rotel tomatoes (Mild or hot)
1 bag of bacon pieces
1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
1 cup mayo

3 thawed packages of phyllo pastry cups

Directions:
Directions:
Drain off rotel tomatoes nearly
Preheat oven to 350
Mix first 4 ingredients together
Spray baking sheet
scoop in mixed ingredients into cups
cook for 15 minutes
