1 stick of butter
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 quart half and half milk
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons flour
1 pound crab meat (or two cans)
3 cans cream of corn
Tobasco to taste (optional)
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add the flour and blend together. Add onions and cook on low for 10 minutes. Add crabmeat, half and half, cream of celery soup, Worcestershire, corn, Tobasco, and Cajun seasoning. Cook slowly for 20 minutes.

You can substitute shrimp in place of crab or combine both. You can also use cream of mushroom soup in place of or with the cream of celery soup.
