Rubbing Alcohol
Food coloring
pasta shapes, rice and or seeds
Waxed paper

Directions:
Directions:
Pour small amount of alcohol into individual containers. Tint the alcohol in each container with food coloring to the desired shade. Drop the pasta, rice and or seeds to be dyed into the containers. Let stand for one minute. Remove the objects with a spoon to the waxed paper to dry. The alcohol will evaporate quickly, leaving the dyed objects ready to use for art.
